Mit weltlichem Namen Rainer Deyhle

Vor über 30 Jahren machte ich mich auf die Reise nach China, in den weltbekannten Shaolin Tempel, einem buddhistischen Kloster in der Provinz Henan. Dort lebte ich lange Zeit mit den Mönchen des Klosters, schloss Freundschaften, erlernte Kung-Fu und kam mit der Lehre Buddhas in Berührung.

Als mich dann der chinesische Abt Shi Yong Xin im Jahr 2000 mit der Gründung des Shaolin Tempels Deutschland beauftragte, kam der Geist des großen Lehrers mir immer näher.

Ein guter Chan-Meister kann, wie bei einer Zwiebel, eine Schicht der alten Persönlichkeit des Menschen nach der anderen entfernen, das Thema „Erleuchtung“ immer wieder in den Vordergrund bringen, und nach dem „Erwachen“ begleitend helfen.

Gerne möchte ich ihr Wecker sein, ihr Alarm, der Mann, der Sie beim Erwachen begleitet.
